Day 1 Arrival Kiev
Meet our representative at the airport of Kiev. Transfer to the hotel. Check-in.
Dinner and overnight in Kiev - Ukraina hotel 3* or similar.
Day 2
Panoramic City tour including Independence square (site of "the Orange
Revolution"), Golden Gate (main entrance to Kiev in the 11th cent.)
Opera House (1901) St. Vladimir's Cathedral (1896) St. Michael's
Gold-Domed Cathedral (12th cent.) Dnipro River Lookout, Kiev Founders'
Monument (1982) Podol Historical area (19th cent.)
Free time for strolling Kreschatik (Kiev main avenue with a lot of cafes and shops).
Overnight.
Optionally: Cruise over Dnipro River
Day 3
Visiting Folk Architecture and Life Museum (Mini-Ukraine).
Lunch at own cost in the Ukrainian national style in "Shinnok" Restaurant.
Transfer to the City Center.
Visiting Kiev Pechersk Lavra (Cave Monastery) (11th cent.) including
Holy Trinity Gate Church (12th cent.), Refectory Church (1895) and
Lavra Caves.
Overnight.
Optionally: ballet or opera performance at the Opera House
Day 4
Free day for museum visits.
There are about 55 museums in Kiev, from Water Museum to Fine Arts Museum). Overnight.
Optionally:

Transfer to Historical Cultural Reserve Kachanivka (200 km to the
East of Kiev). Visiting Tarnovsky's palace (19th cent.) and Cossacks'
farm including horse riding, britchka (national Ukrainian carriage)
driving. Lunch in the Ukrainian national style. Strolling in the park,
boating. Transfer back to the hotel.

Transfer to Sofia park (18th cent.) - masterpiece of lanscape
gardening - in Uman (200 km to the south of Kiev). Boating along the
underground river. Transfer back to the hotel.
Day 5
Visit St. Sofia's Cathedral (1037) (with the wonderful 11th cent. mosaics).
Visit St. Andrew's Church (1762). Lunch in the national style in "Two Hares" Restaurant.
Strolling along St. Andrew's Descent (street artists' area).
Visiting
Old Podil Historical Area including Our Lady Church (12th cent.),
Samson's Fountain (18th cent.), St. Frol's Nunnery (16th cent.).
Dinner and overnight.
Day 6 Good bye Ukraine !
Free time for last minute shopping. Check-out.
Transfer to the airport for the flight back home.
